New CPO Steven Bartfield to shape BridgePort’s product roadmap and AI-driven trading infrastructure


NEW YORK, July 23, 2025, /PRNewswire/ – BridgePort, the institutional coordination layer streamlining the off-exchange settlement of crypto, today announced the appointment of Steven Bartfield as Chief Product Officer (CPO).


At BridgePort, Bartfield will lead the company’s product roadmap, with a focus on deepening enterprise integrations, accelerating agentic AI capabilities, and delivering transparent, automation-first infrastructure for institutional clients. His experience building both front-office trading solutions and back-end systems positions him uniquely to bridge legacy finance expectations with the demands of modern digital asset markets.

Bartfield brings nearly 15 years of experience across institutional trading, market structure, and financial technology. Most recently, he co-founded and led an AI-driven data platform, overseeing product development, go-to-market strategy, and key customer partnerships. Prior to that, he led Credit Market Structure Strategy at Goldman Sachs and held senior product leadership roles at CME Group, launching new trading solutions across regulated OTC markets in fixed income and FX.

Bartfield holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, and a BBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Loyola University Chicago. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
