Introduction. Argyle One, Inc., doing business as BridgePort (“Argyle One,” “BridgePort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure, and retain personal data, and describes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”). This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we process in the context of our business-to-business relationships, including customer and prospective customer contact information collected via our website (www.bridgeportmq.com), forms, email communications, or other customer engagement channels.

Data Controller and Contact Details
BridgePort is the data controller of personal data processed under this Privacy Policy.

If required under Article 27 GDPR, we will appoint and disclose the contact details of our EU representative. If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), we will disclose their contact details here. At present, no DPO is appointed.

What Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process only limited business contact information about our customers and prospective customers. The categories of personal data we process are:

  • Identification and contact information: name, email address, phone number, and other business contact details you choose to provide.

  • Communication content: information contained in emails or messages you send to us, and records of our communications with you.

  • Website device and usage data: limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to support the secure and effective operation of our website. We do not profile or use this data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, genetic, or ethnicity data), nor do we collect payment card information. We do not process personal data on or through the BridgePort crypto software platform.

We obtain personal data directly from you when you provide it to us (for example, by emailing us, submitting a contact form, or engaging with our sales and support teams). We may also receive business contact information from your colleagues or from public sources (such as your company website or professional networking sites) for the purpose of business-to-business outreach.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
We process personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases identified:

  • To manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries, provide requested information about our services, and administer business communications.
