Business Development Lead – Asia

We’re hiring a senior commercial lead to own exchange onboarding and grow our institutional footprint across Asia. You’ll drive execution from first contact to go-live and shape the foundation of BridgePort’s regional network.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and close commercial relationships with top Asian exchanges and custodians

  • Onboard trading firms to activate regional settlement flows

  • Lead clients through legal, technical, and commercial integration

  • Help architect go-live frameworks with multiple stakeholders (exchange + custodian + TF)

  • Represent BridgePort at conferences and ecosystem events across Asia

  • Provide structured feedback on product-market fit and onboarding friction

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in crypto-native sales or exchange/infrastructure business development

  • Strong network across exchanges, primes, and ecosystem partners

  • Fluent in Mandarin (preferred) and confident navigating regional dynamics

  • Self-starter with clear communication and strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working across legal, product, and engineering functions
