We’re hiring a senior commercial lead to own exchange onboarding and grow our institutional footprint across Asia. You’ll drive execution from first contact to go-live and shape the foundation of BridgePort’s regional network.
Responsibilities
Develop and close commercial relationships with top Asian exchanges and custodians
Onboard trading firms to activate regional settlement flows
Lead clients through legal, technical, and commercial integration
Help architect go-live frameworks with multiple stakeholders (exchange + custodian + TF)
Represent BridgePort at conferences and ecosystem events across Asia
Provide structured feedback on product-market fit and onboarding friction
Requirements
6–10 years in crypto-native sales or exchange/infrastructure business development
Strong network across exchanges, primes, and ecosystem partners
Fluent in Mandarin (preferred) and confident navigating regional dynamics
Self-starter with clear communication and strong follow-through
Comfortable working across legal, product, and engineering functions
