Harriet Rosewell has joined BridgePort as Head of Growth & Strategy, drawn by the team’s clarity on how institutional digital asset infrastructure needs to be built.

“Institutional digital assets have reached an inflection point. It’s no longer a question of demand, it's a question of infrastructure,” she said. “What convinced me wasn’t the title, it was the team’s understanding of not only how markets scale, but how to build network businesses that work for every participant in the ecosystem.”

With over 15 years in regulated financial markets across fixed income, FX, equities and crypto derivatives, Harriet brings deep institutional experience to BridgePort. She served as Global Head of Product Marketing for Financials at CME Group and previously held senior roles at Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort during merger-driven transformation.

At CME Group, she led global product marketing for the financial asset classes, launching more than 50 products across global derivatives markets, driving significant revenue growth. She built governance and reporting frameworks across regions, chaired global leadership forums, and played a central role in marketing integration during a $5.5 billion post-acquisition transformation. Her focus was aligning product, technology and sales through disciplined processes and commercial accountability.

Alongside this institutional background, Harriet founded The Time is Now, partnering with CEOs as a fractional CMO and Chief of Staff to define market positioning, investment cases and operating discipline across industries.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and a founding member of the London School of Economics AI Leadership Accelerator.

This combination of institutional credibility and start-up operating experience is central to her mandate at BridgePort.

Harriet will be based in London, lead go-to-market strategy, partnership development and commercial operations. A key priority will be designing an AI-enabled commercial engine from inception – embedding governance, data-driven workflows and decision-making systems that support disciplined, long-term institutional scale. “Harriet combines large-scale institutional experience with hands-on entrepreneurial execution. She understands how global market infrastructure operates, and she also knows what it takes to build the commercial foundations of a growing company. That blend is exactly what BridgePort needs and we couldn’t be more excited to have her as part of the team,” said Nirup Ramalingam, CEO of BridgePort.
